Digital proof (video and photo) of a claimant's daily routine to confirm their injury in a case. Surveillance work provides insurance companies, employers and lawyers looking for adequate evidence to identify possible fraud or breach of contract.
Domestic Relations
Child Custody: It's not easy to trust someone else to take care of your children. Conducting surveillance can provide peace of mind that your children are safe, healthy and nurtured by all guardians.
Infidelity: These cases are handled with professionalism, sensitivity, and discretion as it may result in life altering decisions. Extensive and thorough research is conducted prior to starting surveillance to ensure accuracy and provide "proof in black and white".
Property Damage, Theft and Vandalism
Is someone continually entering your property while you are away? Building and land surveillance is conducted to provide photo and video evidence of the trespassers in action. This evidence can be used in court.
Online Investigations
Many companies are using additional background information and character reference before hiring a potential candidate. For example, an employer may not want to hire the candidate due to their online presence. Ideally, the candidate should have similar core values as the company's values, an online investigation helps determine personal and organizational suitability.
Social media posts are now being used as additional evidence, visual alibis and as valuable information relevant to court cases. For example, an ex-spouses's habits can be supported with photographs and status updates posted to social media or geotagged posts can prove that a key witness was in the physical location of a crime as it was being committed.
There are court requirements for what and how information is presented to the jury, some of which can’t be accessed without technical understanding and/or sophisticated software, leading to a possible violation of legal ethics. In reality, anyone can dig around to find information on the internet. But without the proper online awareness, training and techniques, it will be time wasted.

** Hourly rate includes administration, videos, photos, reports; excludes additional expenses incurred during field operations. A minimum retainer fee of $3000.00 is required.
